Cooking Instruction

  1. Mix
    Take 1 tablespoon (Approx 10-15 g) of Millet Health Mix, add & stir with 300 ml of water or milk so no lumps are formed.
    ( Lactose intolerance individuals can skip milk)
  2. Boil
    Place on stove and bring to boil, stir continuously for 3-5 minutes to avoid lumps.
  3. Serve
    Add Jaggery / honey to taste and serve warm.
    Or
    Add little salt & pepper to taste and serve warm

Note: It can also be served with butter milk.

1. Take 1-2 tablespoon (Approx 20-25 g) of powder , mix with 200-250 ml of water and bring to boil then allow to cool.
2. Then add around 100 ml Butter milk / Curd, pinch of salt and mix well.
